Gauntlet Press has acquired four unique out-of-print books based on Jeff Rice’s “Kolchak” character from the 1974-75 television series “Kolchak: The Nightstalker”, starring Darren McGavin.

Besides being unique collectibles (since they are out-of-print) they are even more valuable because they are signed (three by the elusive Jeff Rice and one by Mark Dawidziak). As we’ve mentioned before Jeff Rice often disappears for long periods of time. He doesn’t go to conventions nor does he do signings at bookstores. We have been fortunate to get a limited number of copies of three books he’s associated with which he graciously signed.
