Tracks of My Tears is a fictional account of a story all too familiar on college campuses. Cassidy McClure, a member of the university’s soccer team, survives a vicious sexual assault on campus. When the university investigative board exonerates her assailant, Cassidy finds that her only hope for justice comes from Asha Collins, an investigator for the DA’s office. Asha is enraged to discover Cassidy’s assault isn’t an isolated case, with all evidence pointing to attacks by student athletes having been covered up for years by coaches and university administrators. Will Asha bring about the justice these survivors deserve, or will she fall prey to powerful boosters who are out to protect college athletics at all costs?

With poignant accuracy, Barry Hoffman constructs a story exposing the grim realities of college sexual assault.
